Bee doesn't understand what I say

Hold the phone about a foot from your mouth, speak at a normal volume and try a quieter place. Talkbee turns your speech into text on your iPhone; you can see what it heard under your message. If it heard you wrong, tap the microphone and say it again.

What does my level mean?

Talkbee estimates your speaking level on the international CEFR scale, from A1 (beginner) to C2 (near native), from what you said and how fluently you said it. It's a practice estimate to track your progress, not an official certificate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Talkbee › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Pro but it's not active

Open Talkbee › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

How do I delete my data?

Your conversations, mistakes and progress are stored on your iPhone: Settings › Delete my practice history, or delete the app. See the Privacy Policy for what our server receives.
